We are constantly working on reducing our impact on the environment. We rationalise our energy consumption and convert our waste into by products.
We respect the strictest recommendations in terms of resource management to ensure sustainable fisheries.
Our biggest investment is in the health and the safety of our consumers, our employees and our partners. Besides what it costs us, we know what it saves.
We employ over a 100 agents and the majority are women. Their skills and dedication are the key asset of our company. Their well-being is one of our priorities.
Food safety is our priority number 1. In order to be able to master it, we have set up our own chemical and microbiological lab. We have also implemented a set of tools recognized worldwide:
- 1- An HACCP model certified by the Moroccan National Office of Food Safety and Food Products as well as the European Union.
- 2- The BRC and IFS certifications which are scheduled for 2017
- 3- An internal commitment charter promoting among others the transparency and the sense of responsibility of all
